West Coast FC’s Creativity and Soccer IQ Camps are designed to supplement training for the serious player seeking to improve their creativity, decision making, and overall savviness. Technical Topics will include, bending, chipping, passing and flicking with different surfaces (heel, toe, outside of the foot, head), volleys (top spin, swerve), and disguising passes (reverse, no look). The subtlety station will include the following nuances of the game: individual defending with the body and arms, drawing attention to fouls, disguising movement, faking the pass or shot, timing runs to stay onside, shielding, winning races, and setting up the nutmeg. Additional topics will include combination play, dummy runs, disguising movement, 1v1 solutions for handling pressure from behind, and hundreds of opportunities at goal. The objective of this camp is to expose each player to the subtleties of the game and the creative possibilities it offers.

Welcome to our First Annual West Coast FC Thanksgiving Camp!

This event is for boys and girls born in 2009-2014. Local players from all clubs or AYSO are welcome to attend and are encouraged to invite your friends to sign up!

The camp is designed for players to advance soccer skills and knowledge. This is an opportunity to learn what it takes to master ball skills on a 1 v 1 situation, which is the foundation of a true skilled soccer player. Our goal is to strengthen confidence in attacking and defending in the top leagues. Attendees will be better prepared to showcase in front of top college coaches, national teams, and pro club scouts in the near future.

Your elite coaching staff consists of the following:

- Director Platini Soaf: USSF "A" License, Former World Cup Staff Coach, Private Trainer for Pros/National team players, US Soccer instructor for future elite coaches.

- Director Jerry Tamashiro: USSF "A" License and Conmebol Peru Pro License, Girls Director of Player Development and Strategy.

- Boys Youth Director Josh Stringer: USSF "A" License

Welcome to our Jr Champions (birth years 2017/2016) & Little Champions (birth years 2019/2018) Friday clinics! Our clinics are a fun introduction to club soccer. Bring a friend, water, soccer ball and wear cleats and shin guards. Each Champion will receive a program t-shirt once registered.

Cost: $100 for the entire 7 weeks

• Parents must park in the parking areas between San Juan Creek road and the fence to the soccer fields. Soccer parking is not permitted in the driving range parking lot.

2023 SoCal Exposure Camp

SoCal Exposure Camp registration.

This event will be done in conjunction with adidas, Slammers and West Coast FC.

All clubs and players are welcomed!

Eligible participants must boys born in 2009 - 2004.

Adidas is here to support the grass root levels of development in Orange County Market. Adidas is offering local clubs and players the opportunity to participate in a youth event that will provide college exposure, mental training, and advisement towards their alternative pathways including college athletics.

Youth players and club coaches from all over will have a platform to interact with some of colleges best coaches and programs.

Please take advantage of this opportunity to showcase and network as you attack your own path to being a collegiate athlete.

9th to 12th graders are encouraged but junior college and gap year prospects are also invited.

This is a one day event.

Players will learn the psychological traits of a goal scorer while they work to perfect their ability to put the ball in the back of the net. Players will also improve their awareness of tactical concepts; including how to create space, time a run, and force defenders to make decisions. Finishing is the most exciting aspect of soccer and all players must develop their awareness around the goal.

West Coast FC’s finishing and goalkeeping camp is designed to supplement training for the serious player seeking to improve their power, mobility, finesse, creativity and deception going to goal. In conjunction with finishing, goalkeepers will be included in all exercises giving them an opportunity to work on all aspects of shot stopping, 1 v 1 goalkeeping, handling, and communication. A dedicated goalkeeper coach will be present the whole time to maintain quality attention to detail for all goal keepers and give them the opportunity to grow as leaders for their respective teams.
